Overview

Packaging Challenges & Our Solution

1. Accurate Filling of Small Paste Volumes

Filling only 3 g of toothpaste requires a dosing system suited to the paste’s viscosity and flow characteristics. We configured and tested the LC500-L liquid and paste packaging machine for the target fill weight, focusing on consistent dosing and clean filling.

2. Matching Custom Film to the Packaging Process

The customer supplied a film sample to guide the packaging design. We produced customized packaging film based on the sample and adjusted the machine settings to suit the film’s feeding, forming and sealing requirements.

3. Clean Sealing for Small Stick Packs

With such a small pack size, paste around the sealing area can affect seal quality and package appearance. The machine commissioning process focused on coordinating filling and sealing to help minimize product contamination in the seal area and achieve neat, consistent stick packs.

Our Packaging Solution

We provided the LC500-L packaging machine, customized packaging film based on the customer’s sample and machine commissioning for 3 g toothpaste stick packs. The solution was tailored to the customer’s small-dose packaging requirements, with emphasis on filling consistency, film compatibility and reliable sealing.
