1. Custom Film Design and Production
The customer had an existing packaging design that needed to be reproduced on the shrink film. We produced custom packaging film based on the customer’s supplied artwork, helping maintain consistency with their intended packaging design and brand presentation.
2. Consistent 250 g Packaging
Grain products contain particles of different sizes, making a suitable feeding and measuring system important for consistent pack weights. We provided the ZV-720A packaging machine for the application, with the filling configuration matched to the product’s characteristics and the 250 g target weight.
3. Neat and Consistent Finished Packs
The packaging solution combines custom-printed shrink film with the appropriate machine setup to support consistent product presentation. Film specifications and sealing settings need to be matched to the selected packaging format to achieve the desired finished appearance.

We supplied custom shrink film produced according to the customer’s design artwork and the ZV-720A packaging machine for packing grain-based food products at 250 g per pack.
