Packaging Challenges & Our Solution
1. Handling Large-Format Towels
Packaging towels measuring 50 × 100 cm requires sufficient film width and a suitable feeding arrangement to accommodate the material without excessive folding or misalignment. We configured the VT-160 packaging machine around the customer’s product dimensions and packaging requirements.
2. Matching Custom Film to the Machine
The customer supplied a film sample to guide the packaging design. We produced customized packaging film based on the sample and adjusted the machine settings to match the film specifications and packaging process.
3. Achieving Consistent Back Seals
Large, flexible towel materials can shift during packaging and may enter the sealing area if feeding is not properly controlled. The machine commissioning process focused on coordinating product positioning, film feeding and back-seal formation to support neat packages and consistent sealing.

We provided the VT-160 packaging machine, customized packaging film based on the customer’s sample, and machine commissioning for disposable towels measuring 50 × 100 cm. The solution was developed around the required package dimensions and back-seal format.
