Cam
We use Japanese raw steel and German engineering plastics. The grooved cam, made by precision finishing, does not require spring tension to operate.
We design our own high-quality cams using 20CrMnTi material, with an error margin of less than 0.02 cm.

Vacuum Chamber
The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum directly engraved and milled in the computer processing center, so it has low noise and energy saving.
Vacuum chambers provide intelligent gas management for precise and reliable material handling.
Computer-controlled heat sealing ensures safety, is user-friendly, and produces no pollution.
Slip Rings
We apply electric slip ring technology with an electric thermostatic control seal to help you adjust the temperature better.
This improved structure helps minimize waste, making equipment greener and more environmentally friendly.
Frame
The frame is assembled through rough milling, welding, normalizing, CNC finishing and assembly. The chassis adopts the integrated processing method of welding first and then milling.
The thickness of our frame is twice that of an ordinary frame. The thickness of the chassis is 30mm, and the chassis of the frame alone weighs 2 tons.
The entire frame is powder coated to prevent oxidation and rust, which is both attractive and extends its service life.
Indexing Drives

Our indexing drives feature a straight-line shaft with integral seal. The curve runs very accurately, so the machine accuracy is also very high.
The machine will not shake even when running at high speed, and is guaranteed for life.

Polishing is vital in ensuring that the machine is in perfect condition before packing and shipping it to the customer.
Then, the packaging machine is ready to send to you, when it arrives at your factory, all you have to do is connect it to your production line and use the parameters we tested to begin production.
