Maize grits and fine grain products can vary in particle size and flow characteristics, which may affect filling consistency. We provided the ZV-520A packaging machine for the 3 kg application, with the filling system to be matched to the product characteristics and required pack weight.
3. Reliable Packaging and Sealing
Fine grain particles can create challenges if they enter the sealing area during filling. The packaging setup should be adjusted to suit the product and film specifications, helping achieve clean seals and a neat finished package.
