Yes, we need to test our machine before shipping it, using the pouch and product samples provided by the customer. We will adjust the machine to match the pouch size and resolve any issues that arise during testing as thoroughly as possible.

Running 24 hours continuously is possible, but will reduce the machine's service life. We recommend 8 hours per day.

Before running the machine, check the air supply and power supply. Add lubricant daily.

Lubrication points: one-way bearing, oil storage tank, pneumatic vibrator.

Clean the vacuum filter daily. Tighten the bag-holding screw once per week. Apply grease lubrication to the machine transmission parts every half month.

You can choose our Premade Pouch Packaging Machine. The working principle is: bag feeding (machine clamps take bags from the bag magazine) → bag opening → filling → sealing → finished product output.
