The required package dimensions were 41.5 × 22 × 26 cm, and the customer supplied a packaging film sample as a reference for the design. Packaging Challenges & Our Solution
1. Coordinating Noodles and Seasoning Sachets
Packaging wet noodles together with seasoning sachets requires both components to be positioned correctly inside the same bag. We tailored the packaging approach to the customer’s product combination and package dimensions, with a focus on smooth feeding and consistent product placement.
2. Handling Wet Products During Packaging
Wet noodles can be soft, sticky and difficult to handle consistently. The feeding and packaging process needs to minimize product displacement and prevent noodles or moisture from interfering with the sealing area.
3. Custom Film Matching and Back Sealing
The customer provided a film sample to guide the packaging design. We produced customized packaging film based on the sample and commissioned the VT-210 packaging machine to match the film specifications and back-seal packaging requirements.

We provided the VT-210 packaging machine, custom packaging film production and machine commissioning for the customer’s wet noodle packaging application. The solution was designed around 400 g portions of wet noodles with seasoning sachets, using the specified package dimensions and back-seal format.
